There are only a few things I hope people learn about me, it's that I care about people and doing things the right way.
I'm Brandt Elledge, founder of 323 Commissioning. For more than 20 years, I've worked in the construction industry, building my career from the field up. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work with owners, engineers, contractors, and facility teams on projects ranging from commercial buildings and healthcare facilities to higher education and industrial applications.
Those years taught me one lesson that has shaped both my career and this company.
Details matter.
The small things that are often overlooked during construction are usually the same things that become expensive problems after a building is occupied. Commissioning gives me the opportunity to help identify those issues before they become someone else's problem.
That's why I started 323 Commissioning.
Not to create another commissioning company, but to build one that values practical field experience, honest communication, and doing what is right, even when nobody is watching.

Outside of work, my greatest blessings are my wife, Crystal, and our two children, Baus and Violet.
They remind me every day that success isn't measured only by projects completed or buildings turned over. It's measured by the people we invest in, the relationships we build, and the example we leave behind.
Whether we're spending time on our land, riding horses, traveling, laughing around the dinner table, or simply enjoying time together, those moments keep me grounded and remind me why integrity matters in every part of life.

I believe you should be able to enjoy working with the people you hire. Construction is stressful enough. A little humor, a positive attitude, and treating people with respect go a long way toward building lasting relationships.

The name 323 Commissioning comes from Colossians 3:23.
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men."
This verse is more than the inspiration behind my company's name, it's the standard I strive to live by.
To me, it means doing the right thing when no one is watching. It means approaching every project with diligence, integrity, and humility, whether I'm walking a jobsite, writing a report, or helping solve a difficult problem. Excellence isn't reserved for the moments when someone is paying attention. It's a daily commitment.
My faith shapes how I conduct business, treat people, and approach every opportunity I've been given. While not everyone I work with shares my beliefs, I hope every client experiences the honesty, respect, and genuine desire to serve others that those beliefs produce.
At the end of the day, buildings matter because the people inside them matter, and I believe every project deserves my very best.

Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of working in the construction industry from the field to leadership. That experience has given me a practical understanding of how buildings come together and how successful projects depend on communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Today, I bring that perspective to every commissioning project, helping owners, contractors, and design teams deliver buildings that perform as intended.
I believe the best commissioning isn't about finding fault, it's about building trust, solving problems, and helping every member of the project team succeed.
